Hello everyone!

Ok, I'm going to get this out of the way now. I do not own the rights to Lina Inverse, Nicholas D. Wolfwood, L, Toushirou Hitsugaya, Sailor Moon, Yotsuba, Edward Elric, Fay D. Flowright (how ever you want to spell it), Tomi or Hunter. All of those characters belong to their respective owners.

There are two stories in which I didn't picture anyone because I just forgot one and the other is a series of short stories.

Each one of the people forming the circle are representations of series and manga-ka that have really inspired me.

Lina Inverse is front and center because while Slayers was the second anime I ever really watched it was the most influential, and it was the first one I was serious about. She's the whole reason I began drawing and wanted to be a manga-ka.

Well, 2008 marks the 10th year I've been a serious student of the art of manga. It has been fun and I can't wait for the next 10-30 years. :-)

I've been published! I'm in the book In Medias, an Anthology. It is a collection of short stories by some tallented up and coming authors that takes place in the city we created called Emidius, Indiana. For ordering information (not currently available, but I'll give you the site anyway) please visit www.parlorpress.com I got a copy of the first printing, four actually, three were gifts, so that's why they're probably not available yet. I'll let you all know when they are.

In other news Ravyn Crescent has changed her forum and I've decided as the manga author to do a few tutorials for here there. I'll post them here as well, but it would be easiest if you have any specific questions to ask before I write them to visit the Predator Turned Prey forum and post them in the Artists section under the tutorial thread.

So the first big news is that PTP volume 3 will be for sale soon! Please visit the Comic Attic for more information.

Second: Last night I got to see the Death Note movie in a movie theater! It was wonderful thanks to the company that put it on and next month I'm going to see the first Bleach movie too! I'm so amazed that the incredibly staunch movie monopoly in my town were actually cool enough to do this! After the movie they even had a cool feature about how the movie was made and dubbed. Yes, it was dubbed but by the actors who do the anime. That was kinda cool.

Well, I had my debit card number stolen. I noticed it on May 1st, the day these transactions took place, and called right away to cancel my card. Then today I got a package from what I think is one of the fraudulent transactions from an acne medication company. I called them up to get return instructions and notified them I did not order this and they gave me his IP address and e-mail! Woot, hopefully he hasn't changed or anything.

So I called the cops and I was going to go down to the station myself and file a report and such but the lady sent an officer to my house. Our street is not located on Googlemaps, or any map thing actually, but our subdivision is (it is on the newer side). It took them a few minutes to find my house but I waited outside and waved to the officer so he knew it was me.

I filed the report, gave him the IP and hopefully the guy's gonna get busted.
